The Brief
BP came to Envisage with a vision of a bold statement stand in mind. A double deck with lots of areas for visitor interaction including visual and meeting areas. BP is a multinational company with a huge presence in the oil and gas industry so the show was mainly about developing relationships and creating new ones with visitors.

The Deliverables
The BP stand was very eye catching; highlighting BP’s trademark green and yellow colour palette onto a pristine environment. Bespoke graphics featured around the stand with a view to represent the brand’s unmistakable identity, and the use of plasma screens, iPads and and upstairs bar and lounge within the design gave a great draw for visitors and a chance for staff to engage with them. The use of bold lighting and architectural design elements, drove the brand home and really made BP stand out from the crowd.
The Experience
This bespoke exhibition stand was designed to promote BP at the SPE Offshore Europe event which celebrated its 40th year with the biggest and best show to date. The SPE is the offshore industry’s crown exhibition with attracting companies from all over the world. The ground stand space was created for interactive experiences, pulling visitors onto the stand with visual elements, whereas the upper deck was a space for socialising in a relaxed environment, building new and existing relationships and contacts while enjoying a drink.
Our Response
Envisage designed bespoke exhibition stands for three different companies at the event. Creating and delivering a double deck experience for BP with space for learning about BP as a brand, socialising and space for meetings both formal and informal. The illuminated rib feature to the centre of the stand was a fantastic attractor, allowing visitors to see the glow from across the hall. With the use of take – away literature, large format screens and interactive pods there were plenty of opportunities to interact with visitors and leave a lasting impression, while getting across the values of BP as a company.
