The Brief
The Cote brand is well established within the restaurant sector, offering ‘relaxed all-day dining inspired by the brasseries of Paris’ at over 80 locations across the UK
Cote started their ‘Cote at home’ offering during 2020, where you can purchase your favourite’s and cook them at home!
The Deliverables
This project had been impacted by the pandemic, and the site had been closed during the lockdown.
On the easing of lockdown, Envisage was enlisted to deliver key fit-out elements, including this bar, within a limited timeframe and to the quality expected by such a well-known brand.
The Experience
Envisage worked closely with the team at Cote to achieve their vision. Developing the drawings to suit the space and layout of the brasserie, including function and flow.
Our Response
Standing proud in the centre of the space is this bar with marble panels and brass details set within the oak bar front, topped with a bar top and crowned by the stunning mirrored over-bar storage.
Envisage also manufactured Waiter Stations, Vanity Units and Booth Seating.
