The Brief

Envisage were chosen as exhibition stand builders by healthcare industry leaders Acelity for this stand at the annual EWMA show. Aiming to appeal to a multidisciplinary audience, Acelity’s elected design needed to be open and inviting with a focus on interactive activities for visitors to engage with, and communicate the brand’s evolution and varied products and services. With an available space of 8x8m, the stand needed to have facilities to innovatively display the brand’s wide product portfolio to new and existing clients.

Acelity as a brand like to stand out from the crowd, whilst being seen as a welcoming company that potential and existing customers would like to visit at the show.

The Deliverables

The need to successfully showcase the brand’s wide product portfolio to the visitors was addressed through separate interactive display areas positioned around a central island. The bar area, which served free refreshments to visitors, aimed to promote interactions with staff and create a positive brand experience. The bar area was a great place for informal chat between guests, chatting to staff and forming customer relationships with each other. The bar proved to be an incredibly successful stand attractor in the exhibition hall.

The show served to successfully educate delegates about the brand’s products and services, with product demonstration areas attracting high numbers of visitors throughout the show.

The Experience

Having worked closely with Acelity over the years on a variety of shows, we already had a feel for what they may want from a show like EWMA. Having a large island stand adapted itself to free-flowing traffic and the ability for visitors to visit various areas for products demonstrations and also visit the large hospitality area to the rear of the stand.

Our Response

We created a very open, easy flowing space for Acelity. The bold bright colours ‘popped’ against the contrasting, clean crisp white to create an eye-catching display. A large over-head banner was installed to command attention from all areas of the exhibition hall, drawing crowds of visitors as soon as they entered. Display pods and demonstration areas were invaluable to this space ensuring visitors could gather round and learn about the products easily whilst still allowing traffic to flow. The stand space proved so successful the stand elements are to be used again in future shows like this.
